OBJECTIVES

Identify & recruit potential key members who would add value to the Nabo experience. Rework existing campaigns and drive costing efficiency

RESULTS

With SEM, we doubled conversion rates and drove a 25% cost per acquisition improvement.

With email marketing, we drove improved email engagement for 7 months leading to record results. We also helped solve email deliverability issues driven by a Microsoft algorithm change which created an opportunity to decrease emails sent by 40% but deliver a 5% increase in the absolute number of emails opened.

Overall member growth remained the same as the year prior, but with a 50% decrease in marketing spend.
